"I came in touch with the art of photography by mother, who is photographing nearly all of her life. I feel connected with nature since ever. I don't have any certain home place - may be, because we moved to another place so often, when I was young. But I feel at home in nature, wherever I am; and I love her beauty.
I spend a lot of time travelling by nature - walking, by bicycle or by train. But I like just as much working in the garden. That's why I am very sensitive to the change of seasons, though I live in a big city. I am fascinated particularly by trees, whose sight is different in each season. Sun, sky and clouds acting together are a special attraction for me. Beautiful subjects for photographing I especially can find during dusk.
I feel connected to Poland in a very special way. I met Adam, a student from Danzig, at a youth hostel some years ago. As he was very kind, I decided to travel through Masury by bike in the following year. On that journey through Masury I met to know my wife ! And as there a many kind and expressive people in Poland, not only a large part of our family lives in Poland, but we also have some common friends there, we often like to visit. Of course I like to discover the many historic places and magnificent nature resorts of Poland, together with my wife.
